Taylor Harris, M.A.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Life is full of mystery—an intricate dance of experiences, beliefs, and relationships that shape who we are, often in ways we don’t fully understand. Beneath the surface, we all carry patterns, beliefs, and stories—imprinted by past experiences, societal conditioning, and ancestral lineage—that often go unnoticed but quietly guide how we move through the world. These patterns can hold us in ways we don’t always understand, keeping us disconnected from the deeper parts of ourselves and the life we are truly capable of living.

In our work together, through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychedelic Integration, and somatic practices, we’ll explore how the body holds emotions, trauma, and beliefs, uncovering subconscious patterns shaped by early experiences and societal influences. KAP offers a powerful opportunity to rewire these patterns, creating new neural connections and expanding your perspective. It’s not about changing who you are, but returning to the truth beneath everything you've come to know about yourself. By viewing mental health symptoms as signals for deeper healing, we can create space for transformation.

Taylor is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration, with a focus on trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and existential exploration. She believes that the way we relate to ourselves, others, society, and the world profoundly shapes our experience. Taylor navigates systemic and institutional barriers, addressing their impact while guiding clients through deep questions of meaning and purpose. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Redlands and is trained in EMDR, Trauma-Informed Relational Somatics, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and the Gottman Method. With clinical experience in community mental health and inpatient settings, Taylor has worked with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and socioeconomically marginalized populations, bringing a compassionate and relational approach to her work.

I don’t believe anyone is broken. We all possess an inner healing intelligence. When we clear away the debris—those limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, and distractions—we can access our truest, most actualized selves. My role is to facilitate a safe space where you can listen to this inner wisdom, understand your conditioned patterns, and honor where you've come from, while supporting a new chapter of connection with self.

Together, we strive to create a more just and equitable world, where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Through our collaboration, we embark on a transformative journey towards healing, growth, and collective liberation.

Quote:

“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes”. - C.G. Jung

What brings me a sense of ease:

Being immersed in nature, spending time with the people I love, and dancing!
